Information for respondents of the DG-1 and Z-03 surveys in the context of amendments to the Labour Code.
Due to amendments to the Labour Code (Act of 9 March 2023 on amendments to the Law - Labor Code and some other legal acts), we would like to inform you that in the DG-1 and Z-03 reports:
- care leave of 5 days, to provide personal care or support to a person who is a family member or resides in the same household, who requires care or support for serious medical reasons, and
- leave of 2 days or 16 hours due to force majeure for urgent family matters caused by illness or accident are not counted as time worked.
